You will love the convenience of living near major roadways including SR 54, Highway 301, and I-75 for easy travel throughout the Tampa Bay region.
It was a bad experience for my first home. We have a beautiful home and are so pleased with our neighborhood. The sales office is the best to help you with your questions and any information needed.

The purchasing process was a disaster. We had to beg for communication and information about the community and closing process. The home lacks basic hardware and appliances. Our street floods every time it rains and they don’t treat for bugs even when they say they do.
Depending on the person’s goals. We purchased our home ad an investment property and put it on the market at an every reasonable price but it’s been over a month and only had less than 5 showings. We have added a new family member. David never ever left our side.
The house is good for people who are just starting out, like first-time homebuyers, but it is not good for a forever home. The materials used to build the house are not of good quality. The AC filter is very difficult to find. When you open the doors, they do not work. I had to pay to have my doors fixed.
Read employee reviews and ratings on Glassdoor to decide if Starlight Homes is right for you. The second thing is the communication about the delivery. When they gave me the home, I had to do everything myself. I had to paint, change some material, fixed the cabinet twice.
